In our new IVF laboratory, we have IMSI (intracytoplasmic morphologically-selected sperm injection) technology, which allows sperm to be magnified by up to 16 000 times so that those with the best morphology can be selected and then used to fertilise the egg through intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
